All about Postage & Shipping
Where do we post to?
Shipping is Australia Wide and internationally to the United States, Canada and New Zealand. Â If you reside internationally, please contact me via messages or for a quicker reply, via our Instagram page @_earth.energy and we can discuss a personal listing in our Etsy store.Â

How do the US Tariffs work?
We keep hoping the tariffs will vanish, but until that happens, all tariffs and taxes charged by the US government must be covered by the buyer. Due to this, and as much as we hate having to do it, these tariffs will be calculated and added onto the item/postage price in the Etsy listing. Once the item is paid for, the tariff will be paid using the recommended process to make the shipping and collection process smoother for you.

How long does it take to ship?
Once payment has been received, your parcel will be posted within five (5) business days. (Usually within three (3) however, as I am a shift worker in my 'day job', occasionally it can take up to five.)Â
Once posted, Australia Post shipping times control the delivery time and can be tracked through the AusPost App.

How do I check the status of my order?
A Parcel Tracking Number will be emailed to you to confirm postage.Â
This will allow you to check your using the AusPost App at any time so see you order location and whether you need to stand at the gate for the postie.

My parcel has been stolen - What do I do?
If your item has been stolen, please report this to your local Policelink reporting line on 131 444 or online using the Policelink link through your local Police website (eg https://www.police.qld.gov.au/policelink-reporting for Queensland).
From this report, you will receive a Police Occurrence number.Â
