Where do we post to?
Shipping is Australia Wide and internationally to the United States, Canada and New Zealand.Β For international postage, please contact us via messages or our Instagram page - @_earth.energy.

What carrier/s do you use?
We ship via Australia Post for local and International parcels.
We also use Sendle Shipping for Brisbane and Gold CoastΒ deliveries.Β

How long does it take to ship?
Once payment has been received, your parcel will be posted within five (5) business days. (Usually within three (3) however, as I am a shift worker in my 'day job', occasionally it can take up to five.)

How do I check the status of my order?
A Parcel Tracking Number will be provided for delivery.
This will allow you to check your order location and whether you need to wait for the postie using the AusPost App at anytime.

What happens if my parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged?
We are not liable for lost or damaged goods once posted in the Australian postal system. We will gladly assist you in any documentation and information required to lodge an insurance claim via Australia Post.

My parcel has been stolen - What do I do?
If your item has been stolen, please contact your local police on 131 444 or online using the Policelink link through your local Police website.Β You will receive a Police Occurrence number.Β Where your parcel has been stolen from will affect whetherΒ Australia Post will assist with insurance coverage.Β This conversation needs to be held with the Australia Post Call Centre on 13 76 78 (Australia wide number).
