Refund Policy

We DO NOT have a 'Change of Mind and Change of Heart' Return Policy.

Items cannot be returned if you decide you don't want or like them anymore.

We ACCEPT returns ONLY if incorrect items have been received.
(packaging error)

In this situation, we will ask you to return the item/s to us and a refund will be issued on receipt of the items. Please contact us and provide photos of your incorrect order, and w
e will forward a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defect Issues
Each item is displayed in photos as closely as possible to the actual item.  My photos are taken with either an Apple iPhone XPro13 or Sony Cybershot.  Please remember that the device you use to view the items may alter the colouring of images slightly and this is not a sufficient reason for Return/Refund.  If you have any concerns about true colouring, please contact me.

Any defects found prior to listing have been noted in the item description.
If your item arrives with injury outside of these descriptions, please contact me and we can evaluate the issue. 
If your parcel arrives damaged, it is important you take a photo of the external before you open it and then any damage inside.  All effort is taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely however in the instance your parcel arrives damaged by AusPost Malfunction/Negligence, please contact me and we can discuss how to make an insurance claim to Australia Post for the damage.  Remember, photos of the damaged packaging is essential.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There is absolutely no refund on Gift Cards or purchases made with Gift Cards.
Issuing of Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account and your patience is appreciated.
