Special Orders & Instagram Claims.

Open Box Orders:  What are they?
When you have made claims in FB or Insta Sales and wish to collect more items to build up to a free/reduced postage parcel (Over $150Au), you can organise an 'open box'.  These can remain open for up to six (6) weeks.  At the end of the time frame, outstanding balances must be paid within 48 hours and if you have not reached $150, please pay postage on your final order.

Pay as you go is greatly appreciated and helps keep the budget under control!  To pay as you go, select the 'Combine Orders/Pick Up' option when paying and this will stop postage being charged.  You parcel will then be shipped when your order totals more than the free-shipping $150 limit.  If you'd like your parcel shipped sooner, you will need to select and pay for shipping prior to postage. 

Parcels will not be posted until either purchases total more than $150Au or shipping costs are paid.

I understand life can sometimes pop in with things that take us by surprise, so if something happens and you need extra time, please keep in touch.  Communication is key!

*If not paid within the given time, products will be re-advertised or placed back in stock.
