Shipping policy

Unless asked otherwise, parcels will be shipped within 5 business days of order receipt and tracking will be updated in your order.

We offer a capped Postage cost of $11Au.

Parcels with a purchase value over $150 Au will be posted free of charge within Australia. 

Compulsory AusPost insurance of a maximum value of $100 applies to each parcel. 
If your parcel has a higher value and you wish to ensure it is insured for it's value, please see our Postage Options section to purchase extra insurance.
Once the parcel leaves our hands at the post office, and tracking is updated, all parcel location enquiries and insurance claims must be made by the buyer.

At this time, all International sales and postage will be carried out via our Etsy shopfront to enable a smooth transaction and conversion.
