Chalcedony Mamillary Nodules, also known as Womb Stone, are a natural botryoidal form of Chalcedony. They are only found in Morocco, are a relatively recent discovery and still fairly uncommon.

Chalcedony is a form of microcrystalline Quartz however it is defined separately to Quartz. These mammillary blobs often line the cavities of geodes and come in many different formations.
