Seer Stone / Scrying Stone - AMETHYST

Scrying/Seer Stones are crystals with a polished or naturally flat face. They are a lovely way to display the raw and polished nature of these specimens, and metaphysically, are believed to hold answers to self questions and aid with self-discovery.

Find a quiet place, breathe deeply to the count of three (or longer if you need it). Loosen your shoulders, drop your tongue and focus on your breath. When you feel centred, open your eyes, soften your gaze and stare into the depths of the crystals polished face.  Allow it to guide you where it will and show you it's secrets and messages.

Amethyst is the gift of peaceful dreams from Mother Earth.  Amethyst brings with it a grounding, calm energy with it's protective vibrations helping it's Custodian rest peacefully during sleep.  Working with the Crown Chakra, Amethyst raises spiritual awareness and activates intuition.  Amethyst is also protective against spiritual and psychic attack from external negative sources.
