Prehnite after Laumontite Pseudomorph Mineral Specimen
Prehnite after Laumontite Pseudomorph Mineral Specimen
Prehnite after Laumontite Pseudomorph Mineral Specimen has a very gentle minty green that is difficult to photograph and is a random cluster of tube shapes - some filled, some hollow. It is a recent discovery and still uncommon, also featuring a gentle layering of white Gyrolite and occasionally, a few small Apophyllite crystals.
From Malad Quarries, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Note: The first photo has not been altered. This is just taken in different natural lighting (dusk) and shows the minty green tone a little better.
