Each ‘Positivity Pill’ capsule contains a little dose of goodness and positivity written on a small paper sheet, created to brighten your day and make you smile.

I offer two variations: ‘Words of Positivity’ or ‘Positive Self Affirmations’.  Choose your preference, or combine to create a weeks ‘dose’ and add these little happy pills to your parcel!
