‘Velvet’ Malachite (Congo): Botryoidal, silky fibrous specimen (157.16g)

Malachite is a secondary mineral to Copper Ore.  Typically found in an aggregate Agate-like banded formation, it is more uncommonly found in a botryoidal (bubbly) or velvety fibrous form.   

This specimen is from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
